Pastoral Group
FCNABC Pastoral Group comprises all pastors (ordained and non-ordained), and pastoral assistants who are appointed to serve full time in the Church. The Pastoral Group is responsible for providing spiritual direction to the Church and all related ministries, and shall, with the assistance of the Joint Pastoral – Deacon Board, set up the governing principles. The Senior Pastor is responsible for leading the Pastoral Group.
